Please be advised that an Emergency meeting of the West Virginia Parkways Authority Board will be held as follows:

Charleston, WV 25306
PURPOSE: To consider and act upon a single matter pertaining to the discussion with the Parkways insurance carrier AIG regarding assertion by Parkways of sovereign immunity. This does not require an amendment of the existing AIG policy that is currently in place. Discussion in advance of any vote on any motion is expected since the matter was initially discussed at the regular February Meeting, but no vote was taken at that time after an Executive Session.
The Authority reserves the right to go into further Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote.
