WVPA Board Meeting Dates and Agendas

Please be advised that a regular meeting of the West Virginia Parkways Authority Board will be held as follows:

DATE:     Tuesday, September 29, 2026
TIME:      10:30 A.M.
PLACE:   Tamarack Marketplace & Conference Center One Tamarack Park Beckley, WV 25801

PURPOSE: To consider and act upon all matters that may properly come before a regular meeting of the Parkways Authority. These matters may include discussion of and possible action to approve the following: Approval of the minutes of the Authority’s Board meeting held on August 25, 2026; Discussion and/or Approval of the following: 1)New Charleston Administrative Building Interior Demolition, Discussion and/or Approval of the following purchase(s): 1) Section II Mowing Tractor and Boom, 2) 8.5-foot Treadles for Toll, and 3) Four (4) 2500 Pick-up Trucks, Presentation, Discussion and/or Approval of the following: 1) TE-1-10 – Toll System Upgrade Change Order No. 18 – Credit Card Processing Services, Presentation, Discussion and/or Approval of the following: 1) Tamarack Report by Tammy Coffman, Executive Director, Discussion and/or approval of the following revisions to Parkways Series II – Personnel Actions Policies:

• II-1 Workplace Harassment 
• II-2 Rule of Conduct 
• II-3 Discipline and Discharge 
• II-4 Employee Evaluations 
• II-5 Toll Collector Standard Requirements *(Note – Holly is finalizing) 
• II-6 Termination of Employment 
• II-7 Change of Employee Status 
• II-8 Executive Director’s Open Door Policy 
• II-9 Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace
• II-10 Drug and Alcohol Testing II-10 (Attachment) DOT Policy Drug and Alcohol Testing 
• II-11 Layoff of Employees 
• II-12 Increases Promotions Transfers 
• II-13 Cross Training 
• II-14 Grievance

and any other items which may become apparent or need attention and may be added to the business agenda of the meeting; attention is called to the fact that the agenda of the meeting will be available three (3) days in advance by calling 304-926-1900 or at the website www.wvturnpike.com; items of business may be added to the agenda up to 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting. The Authority reserves the right to go into Executive Session for appropriate and lawful reasons upon proper motion and vote.
