Billing

Roadside Assistance & Emergencies

If you experience a breakdown, crash, or unsafe situation on the WV Turnpike:

  • Dial 911 for any emergency.
  • Safety Service Patrol and Law Enforcement partners will be dispatched to assist.
  • Follow all instructions from first responders and move your vehicle to the shoulder if possible.

For your safety, please do not send urgent requests via Facebook, Messenger, or email.

Accessibility & Language Assistance

WVPA is committed to ensuring all customers can access information and assistance.
