Consulting Engineers' Annual Reports provide an independent assessment of the condition, operation, and financial integrity of the West Virginia Turnpike. These reports are prepared each year by WVPA's consulting engineers and submitted to the Board, Legislature, Governor, and public to ensure transparency and accountability in the management of toll revenues and Turnpike infrastructure.
